Job Description :
Talent Tap is partnering with a rapidly growing digital curriculum systems company. Their mission is to empower lifelong learners by supplying educators with relevant, current, and easy-to-use teaching solutions. We're looking to add a full-time videographer for their marketing team. The videographer will be responsible for increasing the company’s explosive 85% four-year growth through audio/visual communication, creative storytelling, and informative entertainment.
Time Responsibilities
- Full-time employment: 40 hours of work per week, minimum
- Must be willing to align schedules with other employees, including managers, to shoot videos
- Must be capable of managing own time and group time during video shoots
- Must be capable of autonomy while maintaining high levels of productivity
Video Production Responsibilities
- 2 new videos every week (104 / year)
- Acting as director, assistant director, cinematographer, and set designer on shoots
- Writing scripts, unless stated otherwise
- Pre-production setup
- Post-production
- Video equipment, even when used by others
Social Media Responsibilities
- Up & running YouTube channel featuring videos we’ve created
- New “shows” and / or episodic video series
- Scheduling video promotion via other social channels
Data Responsibilities
- All video information, data, and trends
- Video viewer segmentation
- Data organization as outside projects require
Scheduling Responsibilities
- Video production schedule
- Coordinating cross-department video shoots
Multimedia Responsibilities
- Recommending new content ideas and formats for website, email, third-party platforms, etc.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in film, marketing, or related field(s)
- 2+ years of videography experience
- 2+ years of video editing experience
- 1+ year experience directing video shoots
- 1+ year experience crafting video strategies
- 1+ year of digital marketing experience
- 1+ year of data analytics experience
