This position will contribute directly to driving the overall success of the organization. The Marketing Analyst’s primary responsibility is to aggregate and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to help make decisions that steer the organization. The analyst performs both internal data analysis and external data analysis. Additionally, the Marketing Analyst will assist in collecting and amplifying our current and prospective clients’ voice. 

 

Position Details


  • Collects and analyzes data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand

  • Measures the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies

  • Interacts with Sales and Fulfillment to identify key inflection points and areas for optimization

  • Prepares reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text

  • Forecasts and tracks marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data

  • Helps shape product definition by providing empirical market analysis


Required Qualifications :


  • Thorough understand of and experience utilizing data analytics

  • Objective product experience, specifically familiarity with 4Ps model

  • Ability to identify and seek needed information utilizing marketing-related software and CRM systems

  • Self-starter who will leverage internal expertise and external sources to find answers

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency

  • Performs work under minimal supervision

  • Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to the Department Director

  • Requires a Master’s Degree in Marketing or MBA with Marketing concentration 


 

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with SWOT Analysis, 5 Forces, PEST, Business Model Canvas, or other analytical frameworks

  • Experience with HubSpot


 

Location and Hours



This is a full-time position at our Lancaster, PA office. Travel is not required. Local candidates are preferred.
